Okay Amazon wouldn't publish my long detailed review about problems with this product so here's the short answer Don't buy this radio it's no good and whatnot whatever you do, don't do it. A factory reset will not ruin the entire radio. Just buy an American radio or choose a more proven Chinese radio.
