I really wanted to like these collars they are so cute but here are the problems that made me want to return them.1. The latch did not work after repeated attempts. I even tried using WD40 but all the buckles and clasps are very cheap plastic. I have had good luck with Blueberry in the past but they must have a new supplier in China that is definitely not up to standard. The small size was the right size for my 19 pound (12 1/2 inch) Bedlington Terrier, but it seemed too light for dogs that pull. Best for very small dogs. The width was narrower than their old collars and the collars just didn't feel bulky.3. On the underside, the ribbon-like end of the collar was glued to the collar and had a rough edge that would likely irritate a sparsely-coated dog. My Bedlingtons have soft "fur" rather than "hair" and I didn't like how rough they were. If I had saved them I would have used a nail file or sandpaper to smooth out where they got stuck. Too bad they weren't really finished. For all these reasons I would not buy it again.
