Like others, I was attracted to the name. Brilliant pigment powder. These are not powders at all. It ONLY SHINES. Very nice shine. but not what i wanted. If I had known there was no powder in the kit I would not have bought them. I am very disappointed with the wording of the companies on this product. Good shine. no powder pigment.
