After extensive use over Thanksgiving and Christmas, all three knives are sharp and strong. I'm a tall man so I was about to bend, but everything in my hands has this problem.
- (Nice job) They grate regular cheese very well and grate Parmesan perfectly. They are solid and allow for pressure when the grate is pressed - no sagging. There is a silicone tube at the end that prevents slipping when used on the surface.
