I like the easy setup but. not know where the extra connector sat. It would also be nice if they also gave you the option to choose an option maybe four non slip mattresses or something, we have two of these frames and it seems you move the mattress by jumping on the bed or something and slide on it. Frame have some movement maybe they could add maybe 2 small pieces at each end that keep the box frame or straight mattress from moving out of the frame which would be a great option. I'm 5ft 6" and personally I can still climb onto the mattress even though my mattress itself is about 16" and then I have a box mattress underneath and a frame height but I'm learning a ottoman by the side of the bed That makes it a bit easier, but sometimes it's nice to be high off the ground, except when you're about to get out of bed and realize you're more than 3 feet off the ground lol. On a positive note, I have plenty of storage space under my bed where I carry plastic containers. that didn't fit in the closet and I was able to create an inner circle under the bed for my khakis to hide, there was enough space for my cats to go under the bed with their bed, cat toys and such items It's like a Mansion under this framed lol your animals will love it
