Good build quality, easy to read markings, pours cleanly enough with no drips or liquid running down the outside of the mug. The glass is of reasonable thickness and perfectly withstands microwaves and hot and cold liquids. After a few months of intensive use, the marking is resistant to hand washing and the dishwasher. The only improvement we'd like would be a full D-shaped handle (one that connects to the top and bottom of the mug) that would be easier to hold. It's a big cup, so it's heavy when full. However, its size of 32 ounces makes it extremely useful and practical in the kitchen.
