When I received this bluetooth headset I was thrilled. It was comfortable to wear, had ample volume and (last but not least) good fidelity, and had (when new) a battery life of over 4 hours of continuous use. This last element has been trimmed to reduce headset usage time, albeit slightly. Used, owned 6 months. As I get closer to the 1 year mark, a full charge won't even last me simple minutes. The headset will simply stop pairing and immediately turn off. The battery is fried. Other reviewers warned of short battery life. I have no battery capacity at all as I add my voice to theirs. Save money and buy a more expensive Plantronics BT headset. In this case, you get a product that will last for many years. JVC-Kenwood knew exactly what they were doing when the fine print of their warranty stated that the battery life was only 90 days. They weren't sure if it would last a year like the rest of the headphones. Avoid this product. By the way, finding the address of their service center on their website is also almost impossible!
