I was looking for a different way to store my Samsung Galaxy S6 other than the built in phone holder in the console of my 2015 Ford F150. I got tired of the phone slipping out of the built in slot and hitting the bottom of the passenger floor when stopped. I placed a small round metal disc in my Otter Box Commuter case just below the camera so I can wirelessly charge my phone on the Seneo charging dock. The magnet is still strong enough to hold my phone securely in place. Because the phone holder is aluminum, I don't have to worry about the ball and socket breaking off like other competitors who have used cheap plastic. I placed the mount just above the rider's right air vent so it's at eye level. I also like that my phone stays cool while charging because the bottom half sits above the vent, but is tall enough not to restrict airflow like the brackets that mount over the vents. Charge your phone wirelessly by placing the disc directly under the camera. I don't recommend this as the metal disk gets very hot which could damage your phone or wireless charger. Since the benefits of a magnetic mount far outweigh wireless charging, I'll leave the mount and toss the wireless charger.
