Review on Upgraded Ventline BV0115-04 Ventadome Operator with Knob for Pre-2008 Models by Joe Michels
Easy and cheap repair
Easy install and perfect match to my 2005 Jayco pop up fan. It took about 10 minutes from start to repair. The knob that came with it was different, but that wasn't a problem as I reused the original. Can't comment on durability but for the price it's nice to have a working case and certainly better than the price of a complete device swap.
