I am an athletic/average college student. I have tried many protein brands and this is the most delicious and nutritious I have ever tried. It comes in a 97 serving pack, which is a lot of servings. It mixes instantly with milk or water and tastes just like a milkshake, you don't even need to use a blender. He has amazing taste. It doesn't have that thick, powdery whey protein flavor that other brands have. It can also be used as a meal replacement, it contains essential amino acids, protein, fiber and I use it every morning for breakfast mixed with a glass of unsweetened almond milk. I will definitely buy this product again, I just hope the price stays the same. In addition, this product is great for solving problems, it is very nutritious, most importantly it satisfies hunger and helps me build muscle. This product is a great part of my fitness regimen.
