Review on Neo ProSci Protein Food Strip by Jason Melvin
Suitable for demonstrating protein removal from surfaces after microfiber cleaning
Similar to protein swabs but much cheaper. My only complaint is that immediately after dipping, a little dark green appears around the yellow giving the impression of proteins, and then slowly disappears. When you need an instant result for an audience, it's a little frustrating. It is also required that the surface is damp.
