Their user friendly dashboard helped us map the marketing effort from top sales reps to key stakeholders involved which enabled better tracking of spend across initiatives for all campaigns. They also had easy integration to Salesforce.com so we could easily track historical spend across accounts and geographies as well which made it really useful. Lack of native reporting capability which they were building but has been delayed after acquisition by Oracle Corp. Also they used custom connectors internally which was cumbersome initially but have since automated but have not completely migrated customers off their older version. But still highly recommended in the beginning when they had low cost product because they grew our business significantly over past few months. We needed some sort of solution where I can see what people are doing in terms of social listening etc., so we can align our messaging around these KPIs. It is a great tool to help you understand your consumers by collecting all the data that you need. The only downside is that it is not as user friendly as other platforms.
