We received it and were very happy, it looked great. Construction, there were problems with the wiring. Once the speakers were charged, we couldn't get any sound out of them without moving or fiddling with the cables on the back, and when we finally got them working, speaker after speaker couldn't get them to play together . Also, one had really good sound, the other had half the power/volume of the other. So I went to the website to return an item and he asked if I would like to try troubleshooting so I sent the number sent and they called me back. At the end of the conversation, it was easy for me to pull my hair out. Firstly the operator didn't listen to the issue we were having with the product, all we tried to do was listen to the recording and couldn't get the speakers to work properly but she wanted to keep going back to the bluetooth connection which she wouldn't do at all. Then she offered me a discount. I ask for what I leave the defective goods, you will refund me part of my money! At that point, I wasn't bothered anymore. She then offers to send a replacement free of charge, I said ok I'll try that first but then was told if I didn't send the defective one back within 30 days (AT MY EXPENSE) I would be billed for the second article. I ask again to make sure I heard right so send me a new one free of charge but I have to pay to send back the broken one to avoid paying for the second one. She said yes, that was the only way. I said that having already paid for it to be sent to me I now have to pay again to send it back for something that was not my fault. At that point I was, shall we say, indescribable. I said I wanted to speak to the manager which took a few minutes and the first time she walked in I could have sworn it sounded like the first few women I've spoken to. In the end it was agreed that the defective item would be picked up by me the next working day free of charge and the replacement would be sent to me within 3 days. I will provide an updated review after receiving a replacement.
