The most useful part of CCG is its ability to quickly deliver and deploy dashboards that can be shared with your organization's managers and executives. I wish it was possible to customize the dashboard as needed. It may have been beneficial for me to see a demo before buying because it's quite expensive compared to competitors in the same space. We've used CCG primarily for sales performance reporting but also to support budgeting and forecasting. They have allowed us to quickly visualize our sales pipeline and forecast for future revenues. The best part of this software is that you can use it to track your customer's information. You can also access their account information as well by using the software. I don't think there are any downsides. If you want to track your customers' information then this software will be very useful for you. It helps me to keep track of my customers' information.
