
I've noticed that I haven't been moving as much as most of us lately. So I didn't drink as much water or liquids as usual throughout the day. My sister told me about these motivational water bottles. She has one and says it really helps. I have to admit she was right. Every morning I fill it up and put it on the counter. I drink from it during the day. I don't usually drink straight from it because when it's full it's a bit heavy for me. Also, I prefer ice water. I didn't want to put ice in here because it would be pointless to measure my daily water intake. The straw is easy to drink from BTW, just not as cold as I like. So I grab a glass with ice and pour the water from the pitcher into my glass. Sometimes I add freshly squeezed lemon juice. It took me a few days to get used to drinking that much water again, but I've now drunk my entire gallon by lunchtime.
