When I first used it and read the instructions, after inserting it into my gums, a very uncomfortable intense tingling sensation, almost burning, started. I was on the verge of panicking when I looked at the paper and the instructions said you could feel a slight shimmer but it would go away quickly. I went ahead and put on my bottoms and it took about 5 minutes for the tingling to stop. It wasn't a light shade for me. They lasted no more than others, maybe even less. When I took them out and soaked them, I saw that the glue had eaten away at the shiny topcoat wherever I had applied it to the prosthesis. So not only did this product not hold my dentures very well, but I had a bad feeling and then it messed up my dentures, I was so pissed off. I never had a problem with other adhesive creams, strips or denture powders until I used this brand. Don't waste money.
