Bake that smell
All parts stink when they arrive. I have silicone cookware with the same smell and the same solution worked. Bake them. I put mine on at 400 for a few minutes and took them out after smelling burnt chemicals. These are the chemicals used to loosen the silicone from the molds and some manufacturers don't take the extra steps to burn it off.
