The entire floor is not heated.
That disappointed me the most. The food was cooked unevenly due to not being able to heat the entire bottom. Just the inner circle. If you're cooking soups, you shouldn't have any problems with that. Otherwise, it would be difficult to ensure that the entire setup is thoroughly cooked.
