Be sure to watch the video - I do a real time oil drain interval and battery reset in 4 and 1 2 minutes and I have never used this machine. This is exactly what I was looking for! I have a 2013 LR4 and there is no way for the owner to reset the drain interval on this vehicle. It took the dealer 1/2 hour of work (about $50) to get it done. There are a few other devices on the market for this, but they were either: 1) too limited (just for rolling back an oil change) and still cost a lot of money 2) or too expensive (many hundreds of dollars) I was thrilled when I got this one article seen. I was so excited that I ran and tested it the day after I received it. I would also advise you to go to their website and download the firmware update before using it. This is a simple download. Run the program while the device is connected to the USB port. (See screenshot attached. It took 288 seconds/about 5 minutes on my computer.) Others say it's scary too, but don't be afraid, just be careful what settings you change. A knife is a dangerous tool, but it is also very useful.
