Review on 📡 Enhance TV Reception with Lava Omnipro HD-8008 Omni-Directional HDTV Antenna by Jeremy Meza

Replaced a very old directional antenna with a preamplifier. I live in the Northern Virginia area no more than 20 miles from many local stations but in a very low geographic area and receive about 17 local HD stations. I first connected the antenna to my existing cable using my old preamp I had installed in the attic next to the antenna to amplify the signal before splitting it between two TVs. I tested the HD-8008 this way before changing the preamp and received fewer channels than before so I already regret having to return the antenna. I then replaced the old preamp with the new one that came with the antenna and that's when the magic happened. I get about 46 clean channels. Not bad for on-air HD. In between and streaming I don't need cable TV.
