Item Returned best in my review

Only 1 star because I opened the box, checked out the pan & hit the return button. It looked sturdy & well made BUT it was too shallow to use for quiche - the only reason I was ordering it.

Pros

I made a beautiful tart and it came out of the pan perfectly

Cons

The small size of the pans limits the creativity and variety of baked goods that can be produced
