Review on ☕️ EAST MOUNT Heated Coffee Mug: Temperature Control Smart Cup with Rechargeable Battery & LCD Display by Robert Gomatham

I accidentally dropped it on the pavement about a month after receiving it. The plastic cover broke and a small screw came loose, but I was still able to use it. I just love this mug! Wouldn't have gone anywhere without him. I contacted the company to get a new cap and luckily they said they would send me a replacement cap. Still waiting after a month. A week ago I didn't charge the battery on a trip, but I still took it with me on vacation. Unfortunately the battery is completely empty! And no matter how many hours I plugged it into the power source, it didn't do anything else. I've only been using it for less than 3 months. It was great, but with a dead battery it was utterly useless. For the $129 price tag, they should make it more durable and improve customer service.
