Review on 💪 SKLZ Handheld Muscle Roller Massage Stick - Massage Bar for Effective Physical Therapy by Fred Boals

I just love this roller! I had a back injury 2 years ago and a car accident last year. I went through a lot of physical therapy and one day my dad came home with this sport check scooter. It is fantastic at locating and loosening muscle knots. I use this every day. I even took it in my hand luggage and used it on the plane. Rschunimagu. Yes, there are many different reels on the market, but the ergonomics of the sklz reel make it a much better choice. The handles are made of high-quality, dense rubber. I use this thing all the time on a knotty knot I've had in my traps/diamonds for the past 2 years. I usually press one end of the handle against the wall or the back of the couch and hold the other handle with one hand while twisting the opposite neck/shoulder (to keep it in a relaxed position). This roller is unique in that it is one long roller and not separate independent rotating parts - this fundamental difference from other products makes it really more convenient to use. Also, it looks like a foam roller on a stick. This feature helps it slide over the muscle. It's a really nice feeling. It has broken a few times since my first video - the handle has come loose. Probably because I'm nailing it to the wall. For this reason I don't dock the star. I have attached an image. It's so nice whether you have an injury or not. Highly recommended for post-workout DOMS. Since I bought mine, my dad, brother, dad and husband have bought it. Since mine broke I stole my husband but I'll probably be ordering a replacement soon! I can't wait for #babycamback
