This is the best chair. I've tried many over the years and this is the best place for price and quality. I've had many chairs in the $150 range that were way worse, and even one chair in the $300 range that was also bad! I'm not in the 200+ lb range so I don't expect significant pillow compression. I've been using it for about two months and it's still an essential pillow. I can feel where it has shrunk (I assume it's broken) but I have no loss of comfort and I expect it won't be a problem. If this becomes a problem I'll let you know. One thing to note is that I bought separate rolls for wood floors and carpets.
