Fits my 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500.
My Chevy dealer told me there was no way to change the body and wanted a few hundred bucks for a new hitch! This proved them wrong as the replacement case fitted perfectly. There are no instructions for the case, so be aware of where all the parts are when removing internal components. You can even snap a photo of taking apart a case to properly assemble the new case. Worth the price!
