Great Customer Relationship Management Software

It has been very helpful in managing my business since I started using it about 2 years ago. The ability for multiple users to login at one time with separate logins helps me get tasks done. It's not perfect but it does its job well enough. I would like to have some more options available for customizing this software. I'd also like to see some additional social media integration. It is working out well for us so far. We're able to track leads from different sources and also manage them. This makes communication between staff members much easier. The User Interface is superb. I like the way the modules are well arranged and easy to understand. The customization of the modules is easy and they give you the flexibility to customize to your own needs. The support is also great. I have no complaints. I have been using the CRM for about a year now and I have not faced any issues. I am using OmnipriseCRM for managing customer relationship. OmnipriseCRM has helped me to track customer information, which has allowed me to provide better service.
