I just installed a SWANN video surveillance system in my home and the first thing that popped up on the screen was video loss. I am using a brand new LG monitor, new backup battery and have tried changing cameras and cables but the video loss message is still there. I think this product still has issues and SWANNE should fix them for good. This is the second surveillance system I have purchased from SWANNE. The first one worked fine, but after a few months the same "Video Lost" message appeared on the screen. I think I lost my investment in SWANNE products and am very dissatisfied with it. I hope that SWANNE can replace him.
