Review on Sports Nutrition Branched Chain Flavor by Christina Smith

Overall I love Nutrition Now. It's probably not their fault, but be warned - it contains xylitol. As I read and try to figure out what's wrong with me, it's clear that gut bacteria ferment xylitol and can cause indigestion in high doses. I had it less than recommended, a serving, and what I have isn't indigestion, it's full of nuclear war. At this rate, it could very well mean the end of my marriage. I've thought about making tea, but I'm afraid to turn on the stove, the methane levels in this house are too high. I've had occasional digestive issues in the past, but this is the apocalypse. Apart from that everything is alright. I would donate this to someone I don't really like, but I've never met a person I don't like enough to do that.
