I like how easy it is to use, and how intuitive it is. It's pretty much self-explanatory once you get used to it. Not much to dislike at this point. I will probably stick with it for quite some time because of its simplicity and the excellent customer support. The only problem I have right now is that sometimes it takes a long time to perform certain queries depending on the size of the environment. We are able see all traffic going through our site, and have the ability to correlate that with other devices that connect to it if needed. That helps us keep a better understanding of what is happening internally and externally. I like how they are able to give you more detailed information about your network than other products. I don't like how it can be a bit complicated, and I also dislike that sometimes it doesn't seem to be working correctly. It's difficult to get used to, but once you do, you will really appreciate all the benefits that it offers. We have been able to better understand the usage of our computer network.
