Headphones with character Bought this item a couple of days ago. I switched to them from my ears for an order of magnitude cheaper, so I can’t say if they are better than 5000s. I chose based on the recommendation of What Hi-Fi? magazine, which recognized their older brother as their winner in their price category in 2022. The product description does not say that they are made for Apple, but it really is. The manufacturer writes "Made for . their devices." I have a philips and it does not pump them at all. The device works for $20 actually. When connected even to the built-in laptop card, the sound is strikingly different: the scene expands and is detailed, something that has never been heard in the work appears. Conclusion: it makes no sense to buy them for a cheap player. Now I'm listening to them with FIIO 3 II and I'm very pleased.
