I've been using Logitech mice for years and my favorite general use mouse is the Performance Mouse MX. However, when it started to suffer from click issues, which seems to be a common problem, I switched to using my MX518 full-time. The MX 518 is a great mouse, but recently I've been having trouble disconnecting from my computer for a while. I was casually browsing Revain looking for mice when I came across this thing. I figured for $19 I can't go wrong. The mouse arrived today and boy do you get a lot of bang for your buck. It is very well built and has a good solid weight. The plastic has a soft-touch finish and the LED lighting is really cool. The main buttons and MMB are pressed with precision, and the scroll wheel is notched and cushioned very well. While the DPI speed needs to be toggled (whereas the MX 518 has +/- buttons), I like that it lights up in different colors to indicate what speed it's at. It also has a switch under the mouse to toggle between 250Hz and 500Hz. This is a wired model, NOT a wireless model. I chose it because the wireless model didn't have a port for a USB charging cable. I have a USB port on my keyboard so no cable is required. The cord itself is actually braided which is very nice. The only catch on the build quality is the two side buttons, which have a bit more travel than my Logitech mice. However, they click well. Overall, the mouse appears to cost two to three times what it actually costs. In terms of comfort, the shape is nice for your palms and buttons, but it's worth noting that it's not as big as some of the mice I'm not used to, so I just found my pinky squeezing the mouse pad touched. The thumb rest is also quite short. I'm sure I'll get used to it. The first impression is generally very good. If it lasts as long as my other mice and I get used to holding it in my hands, I will have a hard time buying more expensive brands in the future. free. I use it for hours every day from work to play and everything works just as it did when I bought it. The finish is more impressive, Wunsch very well preserved with very little signs of wear. On my Performance Mouse MX, the surface began to wear away and become shiny where my fingertips touched the buttons. After a year, the button on this mouse is still matte and cleans well every time. I use a car interior cleaner because it's gentle on plastic.
