I have been using these candles for many years and I really like them. One of them suddenly started shutting down as soon as it was placed upright. I asked a question to see if anyone else had this problem and if I could fix it. I figured there was something I could do to get the connections in the candle working again. Customer service contacted me within a day and sent me a replacement spark plug which arrived within a week. THANK YOU SO MUCH! So if you're looking for battery powered candles - not only is the quality great (and I've tried many different companies over the years), but the customer service is the best I've experienced from Revain.
