I prefer this type to round interchangeable ends, although they are a bit more difficult to assemble. Some of the large round tips are not suitable for tight spaces and are not suitable for use with power tools such as electric chainsaws, brush cutters, etc. The female ends have loose terminals that may fall out when disassembling the connector, so be prepared. Otherwise they are easy to use. I even made a heavy duty extension cord from a spool of 14/3 solid wire for a semi-permanent connection.
