I was looking for banana hooks under the cabinet to hang bananas, but most of the hooks I found were too long for the space under the cabinets. I decided to search for hooks in general and found this one. I bought these hooks to make better use of the space under my kitchen cabinets. They were easy to install. I simply wiped the surface with rubbing alcohol, stuck the self-adhesive plastic where I wanted it and attached the hook. I squeezed out the air pockets as suggested and then waited a few hours before hanging anything on them and they seem to be holding up well. I like that the hook is wide enough to hang bananas without taking up much space, and I was able to add two chip clips to each of the other hooks to better organize the open bags of chips. I also like that you can attach it. vertical or horizontal, and the hook works in any position. And I love that they should hold up to 22 pounds, although I won't be testing that anytime soon, but a couple pounds of bananas should do the trick. Very happy with these hooks.
