Tiny Giant is the most compact DSLR/Mirrorless stabilizer

Zhiyun Weebill-S made me very happy when its specifications were first released. After owning, testing and using the stabilizer in real life situations with customers for several months, it has definitely lived up to my expectations. This has to be the most compact stabilizer I've ever used and it has some features that even very expensive stabilizers don't have. It raised the bar a bit for me in terms of some of the features I'll look forward to in stabilizers from now on. It's not the most powerful gimbal I've ever used, but if you're using a DSLR or mirrorless camera, it is. You don't get any bonus points for a gimbal designed to carry a lot more weight than you actually use. In fact, it may damage the gimbal. So if you are in this boat. Weebill-S is a good choice. There are many camera connection options, allowing you to control some camera functions directly from the gimbal. I'm a Sony shooter and they don't usually work well with 3rd party hardware. so I didn't enjoy much of it. The only thing I like about the gimbal is that due to its size, many of the function buttons are positioned exactly where my hand wants to be when holding the thing. So, first I came across a lot of buttons. The buttons can be disabled, but it still bugs me. So who is Weebill-S for? Who will get the most out of this kit? Well... considering the price and features, I recommend the Weebill-S for beginners who work with stabilizers and shoot with mirrorless or small SLR cameras. It's something like "light work". Technology has progressed to the point where anyone can watch a few YouTube videos and take great shots. I also recommend the Weebill-S to people who travel a lot due to its size and portability. I tried traveling with Ronin-S and it wasn't easy. The Weebill-S is compact and travel-friendly. This will help both professionals and amateurs get amazing shots wherever they are. Who is NOT suitable for Weebill-S? Anyone who already has a relatively modern stabilizer will not like this new kit. To be honest, if you don't travel a lot it's just not worth the cost. I already have a DJI Ronin-S. If I never had to travel to work, this new gimbal wouldn't do anything for me. It's great suspension...but to be honest this would be sales therapy for me.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Power outlet required
