Late. It took 7 days to get here. With a dent on it. The box was split on the side and sealed with tape before shipping. I could buy it at Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, or Best Buy for $20 less. The chutes on the sides have horrible gaps that allow air and bugs to get in. All the brackets and screws are attached to the glass, making all the hardware completely useless. The only way to do this is to add wood and tape. The device itself is powerful and works well so far. I would send it back but it is very heavy. Too many problems to take out the window. Pack and ship, then buy another device and start over. I live in Florida, it's August now and I really need to cool this bedroom down to a normal room temperature of 68 degrees. I do not feel well. I have three grandchildren here who are under 6 years old. 7 months pregnant daughter-in-law who had a stomach virus last week and is about to go to the hospital. I am here alone. So they took good care of me with air conditioning.
