Cystic acne no longer ruins my face

I have adult cystic acne and white dots along my jaw and cheeks and some on my forehead. It's deep, painful, looks awful and has been very difficult to live with, especially for me as a 37 year old adult, although I've never had good skin until now. I've used countless products including prescription oral and topical (Retin A, Axzone, antibiotics) with diet changes with no consistent results and many side effects (female infections from antibiotics, dry irritated skin, etc.). I LOVE this spot treatment. I will say that I started using it along with the following changes to my skincare regimen and diet, so it's difficult to pinpoint exactly what almost completely cleared my skin, but I'm adamant that it did does a great job on blemishes. Treatment. I've had a few minor breakouts (a single simple ear or something) and this immediately minimized them SIGNIFICANTLY and seemed to stop them from growing further making the process almost painless and those few pimples didn't cause the scarring that previous breakouts would have had without this topical treatment. . If I only see an irritated area or if blackheads appear, I disinfect the area and apply an Alba spot treatment. At the end of the day it's always a huge improvement and I just keep using it until it's gone. I am including my before and after photos as well as the products I am currently using on my face. I remove makeup with a variety of natural makeup wipes, but everything else is as shown in the photos. I start my day with 40 ounces of filtered lemon water and try to drink at least another 40 ounces a day. I have completely eliminated flour, sugar and grains and I do not eat processed foods, dairy or meat. I eat a diet high in fruits, vegetables, seeds, coconut, helix, chlorella, hemp powder, raw vegan protein powder, quinoa, and black rice. Unfortunately, it didn't cleanse my skin. I've recently started fermenting vegetables and getting more vitamins, minerals and herbs. I'd love to go into detail, but I've done so much and it would be 10 paragraphs.
