as a new golfer, i am always looking for ways to improve my game. This hollow training aid has been a game changer for me. Based on my observations it has helped improve my swing by allowing me to focus on my form and follow through. The bright colors make it easy to spot on the range and it is lightweight enough to carry in my golf bag.
