I've just bought this and haven't looked into it yet, but I can tell you a few things I wanted to know when I bought the positioning harness. I'm 5ft 10", 240lbs, I can fit in 36" pants but I prefer 38" for more comfort. Not sure what size to buy, I looked on the FallTech website and found a chart that said my waist size was in the middle of a medium size and on the smallest end of a large size. .I'm a big guy. I've never felt like a "medium". I almost bought the medium one but I bought the large one and I'm so glad I did! I didn't want the D-rings on the sides, I wanted them closer to the front of the thigh so the wire coil and sheath were on the sides. This size fits me perfectly! I'm right in the middle of the holes on the belt and from experience with this type of nylon belt it doesn't stretch out over time. There are loops on the back pad for the belt to pass through which keep the belt in place - unlike other pads which allow the belt to sag causing the back pad to sit too high on the back. The back pad is not too big like my last belt (safewayz). I believe this belt will last a long time due to its hardness and durable materials. And because it's so durable, it feels light too - perfect for the long hours we roadbusters are sometimes privileged to work. the need for full equipment. I am very happy with my purchase. β Frank Hinojos, Local 229.
