Review on 💪 M.A.S.S. Nutraceuticals Stim-Free Pre-Workout Supplement – Nitric Oxide Booster, Performance Enhancer – Caffeine and Creatine Free – Vasodilator, Vascularity, Pump by Keith Cannon

I have tried many pre-workout supplements in the past. Most of them contain caffeine or high levels of B12, but not this one. The container arrived double sealed and contains 240 gold colored capsules. This yields only 30 servings per container for the recommended serving size of 8 capsules! Directions say to use 30 minutes before a workout and new users may want to start with just 4 capsules. I'm not a fan of taking pills and the need to take 8 caps before a workout is not at all attractive. The capsules are medium sized but I would prefer them in powder form. Instead, you can open and shake each of the capsules, but I have no idea if this will cause any problems. The supplement has a good mix of ingredients that includes some salt and black pepper. The supplement works as intended, however I had to lower my rating due to the serving size of 8 capsules.
