Review on 🍾 Encheng 12 oz Glass Bottles With Cork Lids: Perfect for Home Brewing, Juicing, and Sparkling Wine - Leak Proof, Dishware Safe, 12 Pack by Max Stallworth

The bottles were well packed, I really like the foam inserts to protect the bottles. The bottles themselves are good, although I'm not an expert on the subject (our first time trying our hand at winemaking). The shrink caps were good and the wife put them on well with the steam from the pan. Corks are almost useless. My wife mentioned that some of the corks were a bit loose and we hoped they would swell when the bottles were on their side and also thought the shrink caps would seal the bottle - wrong on both assumptions. We set the bottles to the side and the woman happened to check them as she was near and saw a jumble of corks not sealing the bottle. If we waited 30 days before flipping the bottles, they would probably be empty. Now we are waiting for the number 8 plugs to arrive and we will try to plug them in. I hope #8 is a good size as previous questions about corks were simply said to include corks and not actually answered. I will update traffic information as it comes in. Update: No. 8 corks fit these bottles. No more leaks!
