I tested the Mypin USB 2.0 drive on a Dell laptop with a USB 3.0 port. Here are the results: -- NO ACTIVITY LIGHT: The Mypin flash drive should have an activity light, but there is none. Very disappointed as I would never use a flash drive that doesn't provide activity feedback. - GOOD WRITE SPEED: USB 2.0 flash drive should score 3 to 10, and Mypin webpage corresponds to 7Mbps write speed. We tested the speed with USB flash benchmark. This device was much better than usual at 20MB/s and much better than claimed. See attached image of performance test results. -- PLUG AND PLAY: The drive was quickly recognized and ready to use in Windows 10. -- VERY EXPENSIVE: Comparing same size USB2.0 drives, Mypin seems about 2 times more expensive if you consider buying multiple devices. A very bad value, especially considering that the activity monitor didn't work.
