. I ordered it yesterday and it arrived today. That is beautiful. Although quite big. When I first unpacked it, I was surprised by its size. The photos show that this is a fairly large device; It is just over a foot long and about 3 inches wide over three trunks. I used it on my sister's hair today (we're trying out the prom hairstyle). It took about an hour for all the hair and we found the temperature set at 20 was the ideal temperature. We think it turned out beautifully. I would like to say that I am not suggesting using a clip that is designed to hold handles together. It looks like he's pushing the handles too hard and that's probably why some of them break so easily. However, I highly recommend this product! Will continue to be updated.
