Great for small projects or crafts. The kit has everything you need, just charge 2 batteries and get to work. I was able to sand the top and sides with 2 different grit sandpapers on a 24" x 36" solid wood countertop and prep it for painting on a single battery, so 15-20 minutes and it didn't die. Love the detachable grip for left or right hand, it's great when you need to press hard or long, it keeps your hand from tiring and helps with control, trust me you'll want to use it, otherwise you will They squirrel and run around. It comes with 3 sizes of wheels and a wide range of grinding and polishing wheels for each wheel. The largest is 3 inches or about the size of a medium apple. I wouldn't polish the whole car even with the biggest wheel, but you certainly could. Just a reminder, this is a spinning wheel. Depending on what you're working on, it may leave swirl marks.
