This massage gun is pretty strong but not too heavy to carry or hold. I already have one at home (different brand) but I think the motor is starting to break down and won't hold the pressure so I wanted to get another one. It has 32 speed (intensity) levels, but beware - when I tested it, I was pretty nervous when I got to 20. I haven't used it on my body but it feels like just looking at its intensity at level 20 can seriously hurt you. Personally, 1-3 levels are sufficient for me. These massage guns are a must have for those in pain and seeking relief - they work while being gentle as they can do more damage if used improperly. It comes with a charger and you will need one as the charging head is likely different than most charging cable heads you will have at home. This product is very easy to use and you probably don't even need to read the instructions for use. I recommend this product. I would like to add that I was a bit disappointed with the device I received which is pretty obvious that it has been used and its contents scattered and strewn around the box. The plastic bags were torn and the massage gun itself was oily, either from someone touching the device with wet hands or from the massage oils. It was a bit rough and I will disinfect it with alcohol before using it. We are in the middle of an ongoing pandemic so receiving a box of used and oily massage guns/parts was far from pleasant. Otherwise I would give this place 5 stars.
