I bake a lot. This is my second order for this product. I was hesitant at first due to the size of the container/package but I found a small place to put the box and now it is easily accessible. I like that it's not bleached and that it's flat sheets, not curly rolls. Here they are much cheaper than rolls in the supermarket. I will never be without this parchment paper in my kitchen again. This is a heavy setting so you can use it more than once if your recipe isn't too wet or oily. I cut them up and used them in my air fryer, but have now ordered the small round ones and they work great in my Ninja air fryer.
