We have been buying them for several years and we pay more than other options for the best quality. The last box arrived with a new design (with a pair lighter and a different box size) and unfortunately very poor quality tampons. Tampons sit too low on the handle and the top tip of the handle easily reaches the top of the sponge with minimal compression of the sponge itself. Unaware or less skilled can easily injure the patient. This is really totally unacceptable. Unfortunately it was a backup box so we cannot return it at this time. Lesson learned - always check all items on arrival - even reserve items.
