The base coat basically stayed wet no matter how much I bake it. I baked it for 99 seconds and it wasn’t just tacky, it was fully liquid. I accidentally touched it and it left sticky all over my fingers. BUT after adding and baking a couple of coats of gel color and a top coat, it feels hardened and I haven’t had any issues with chipping. When I just use nail polish with a matte nail polish coat, they start to become shiny after a day or 2 of the surface getting rubbed. These still have a perfect matte finish after 5 days. Dishes, showers and tinting my hair plum haven’t affected the color or finish. The rest of the process was a normal amount of time under the light.
