I read some bad reviews about this mount but took a chance and gave it a try. I did not find the problems mentioned in the negative reviews. For example, my 200x200 mounting holes matched perfectly. The mount is very strong, so strong that it looks more like a tank on the wall. It allows multiple positions and appears to have been rebuilt.1. Mounting on the wall is quite easy, but due to the narrow base it is only attached to a frame. You can add a couple of drywall mounts just for extra support, which is what we did. Please note that the fasteners are made of cheap Chinese standard material and the heads will snap off if overtorqued. We used a socket wrench to tighten the mounting base and secure the screw. It didn't feel that tight. So be careful when you tighten them.2. The mount that goes with the TV or monitor is one-piece, the other stands we tested were split, suggesting they're not as strong or durable. We had to cut a small corner out of the bracket (which didn't affect the bracket or any holes. The reason for cutting was that our 27" Samsung 1080 TV monitor had an HDMI port that was blocked by the bracket After the small corner was removed 3. Thanks to the long 25: arm reach, we were able to fit the mount to the edge of the door, allowing the TV to be rotated to another room (or at least it was visible in the doorway) The mount has three Hinges: one on the bracket, one in the middle and one on the TV mount, which allows a variety of positions and angles, allowing you to move the TV 25" in any direction. 4. The kit includes everything you need , even used the screws to mount the TV or monitor. The mount is HEAVY, not one of those cheap metal mounts. We bought a few for our big 60" screens and they is incomparable The American brand was of a heavy class. , this mount is the same 5. Instruction manual (let's call it a page) folded to a page of 8.5 x 11. Detail p The photos are too small to see. However, it is quite easy to install this mount. We just needed to know which screws go where. We would buy them again and recommend them to friends. Shipping was NOT that quick as the shipper negligently tampered with the shipping label which resulted in FedEx delaying the package for an additional 2 days. It was shipped from the same condition which usually takes 2 days maximum, it took 4 days. The box was also NOT properly packaged which resulted in part of the mount penetrating the packaging and wearing away some of the paint and metal of the mount. This did not affect the function of the item and the damage was not visible behind the TV. The main installation box MUST be sent in a different box. If I took off stars it would be for slow shipping, poor packaging and little instructions. Finally, I researched a few brackets and would still buy these again. If you need a 25" extension mount that can handle very heavy loads, consider this mount.
