The first moment: I've only had this bag for a month, so I haven't experienced anything negative with it - like a broken zipper or an unraveled seam. It feels solid and well built. I don't carry a lot of gear with me so I never stuffed this bag full and went traveling with it. It's only used for work and it's great for that. *One major design flaw: the bracelet was BADLY designed. It is sewn to the pocket with one end and the other end goes through the limb. The strap can be made longer and shorter BUT it cannot be removed or replaced and the shoulder pad cannot "walk" over the strap so this only works when carrying the bag on one shoulder. I suspect they saved pennies on the bag with this strap design, but that's a serious design flaw. If I had seen this bag in a retail store before buying it I would have thrown it out because of the completely stupid strap design. (I live in a remote area and have to do most of my shopping online, so I'll "do" what my mom would say. But I deducted two stars for that idiotic strap oversight.
